Stop one: booking
The family books from the consultant's calendar, and the consultant selects the scales needed. That list has to be recorded here, because everyone follows it from this point on.
Stop two: administration
Some scales are administered on the system, others face to face with their original materials. What matters is knowing, for each scale, where it was given, when and by whom.
Stop three: the result
Programmed scales are scored automatically, and an external result is uploaded as a file to the client's record. Either way, the result ends up in the same place.
Stop four: the report
All results become part of the report, which reaches the family through the portal. The report is not written from memory or from scattered files.
Stop five: the invoice
Every scale is a service with a price. When it is recorded as a service from the moment of booking, its invoice and receipt are issued without anyone having to remember.
