How long until our center is live?

About one month. Customizing assessments takes longer or shorter depending on how many you need.

Does it suit a small center, or one with several branches?

Yes. It works for any center size, supports multiple branches, and has no limit on users.

Can you add an assessment tool we already use?

Yes. The system is built from micro-modules, so new tools are added into the same structure. Licensing the tools themselves is the center's responsibility.

Where is the children's data stored, and who owns it?

In cloud data centers inside Saudi Arabia, in line with PDPL. The data belongs to your center, and you can export all of it at any time.

Can we move our existing data across?

Yes. Data migration is part of setup, and its cost depends on the volume and condition of your data.

Which languages does it support?

Arabic and English.

What happens after go-live?

You get a full year of free technical support, then annual support continues by agreement.

Can it connect to other systems?
