Why every trial is recorded
Discrete trial training runs on data. Without accurate records nobody knows whether the child is progressing, when a goal should move to the next stage, or why it stalled. Data is what turns "the child seems better" into a number you can review.
Where paper recording breaks down
- One sheet per goal and several goals per session, so the therapist keeps switching sheets.
- Recording slips to the end of the session and relies on memory.
- The sheet does not say who recorded it or when, unless someone remembers to write that down.
- Data stays on paper until someone collects and graphs it, usually late.
What makes recording faster and more accurate
Record right after each trial, not at the end of the session. Keep all the session's goals in front of you in the order you will work on them. And make logging a response a single action, so it does not become a chore you skip on busy days.
How this works in Enable 360
The session screen shows the child's goals and their DTT sheets, and the therapist logs a response with one tap. The system saves the date of each entry and the trainer's name, so the team knows who worked on a goal and when. The data goes straight into goal tracking across the MT, EXP and RR stages, with nothing copied from paper.

Does digital recording need special hardware?
Enable 360 runs in a web browser, so any device with a browser, such as a tablet or computer, will do.
Can you see who recorded the data?
Yes. The date and the trainer's name are saved with every entry.
Does session data reach the plan automatically?
Yes. Session entries feed goal tracking directly.
