What parents actually ask about
- Appointments: when is the next session, and has it changed?
- Progress: what is my child learning now, and is it improving?
- Documents: the consultation result, the plan, the report.
- Home: what should I do with him at home?
- Transport: was he picked up, and has he arrived?
Login has to be easy
A portal that needs a username and a complex password will be abandoned by many parents within a week. Logging in with a phone number is closer to what they know and cuts "forgot my password" requests.
One profile per child
Some families have more than one child at the center. The portal has to keep them clearly separate, each with their own plan, reports and appointments.
Notify where parents already read
Parents will not open a portal every hour. Anything that needs attention right away, such as a pick-up from the bus, should reach the phone where they already read their messages.
How this works in Enable 360
Parents log in with their phone number, and each child has their own profile. From the portal they book directly and see consultation results, treatment plans, progress reports and home guidance. Notifications arrive by SMS and WhatsApp, including transport pick-up and drop-off alerts.
