Why not every test becomes electronic
Many individual and standardized tests rely on physical materials, precise administration instructions and direct observation of the client. Moving them onto a screen may change how they are administered, and the publisher may not allow it in the first place. So these tests stay with their original materials.
The problem is what happens afterwards
A good result loses its value when the person who needs it cannot find it. The consultant writing the report and the counselor following the case months later both need the result in the same place as everything else about the client.
One record for the client
- Consultations and their notes.
- Results of electronic scales.
- Results of external tests as uploaded files.
- Earlier reports.
When all of this is in one record, a comprehensive report means gathering what is already there instead of searching for it.
How this works in Enable 360
For tests administered face to face with their original materials, the result is uploaded as a file to the client's record and becomes part of their report. The client record brings consultations, scales, reports and uploaded files together, and reports reach the family through the portal.
